We want to ensure you love every Mama’s Box and every item you receive. That’s why we have a #lovemymamasbox guarantee where we offer easy exchanges on most* items you receive in your Mama’s Box!
If you subscribe and receive an item in your Mama’s Box which you would like to exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email email@example.com, Subject Line: Item Exchange.
- Kindly share with us the item and reason for exchange.
- We will get back to you as soon as possible, but please bear with us as it could take 2-5 working days.
- We will provide you with options from which you can select to exchange the product you don’t want.
- We will arrange to pick up the item you would like to return.
- We will add the replacement item in your next Mama’s Box (if you would like to receive your replacement item before your next Mama’s Box is due a shipping fee of 20 AED is applicable).
- If your Mama’s Box subscription has ended and you would like to exchange an item, you can either renew your subscription (and we will send the item in your next box) or a fee of 20 AED will be charged for delivering the exchange product.
- Our #lovemymamasbox guarantee can be used only a number of times as follows:
- 3-month subscription can avail the guarantee once
- 6-month subscription can avail the guarantee twice
- 12-month subscription can avail the guarantee three times
*Trial Box is not applicable for #lovemymamasbox guarantee.
*The only exception to this option is samples or vouchers you may have received in your Mama’s Box. Our boxes 4-6 contain full size, high quality products – occasionally you may receive a sample to try in your box. This sample does not count as part of the 4-6 products and hence cannot be exchange. Some examples include: Sample Diapers, Wipes, Sample Creams.
*Please note, all Palmer's products cannot be exchanged either!
*Terms & Conditions: Item needs to be in original packaging to be able to return back (if applicable). Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned after 15 days will not be exchanged.
