1- What’s inside the box?

Each box is different, as it will be handpicked with love and care to cater to your pregnancy stage or your baby’s age and development stage! We spend a lot of time researching different products to ensure we only include the best for you. You subscribe and leave the rest to us – we guarantee our boxes will bring big smiles to mama and baby.

2 - How much does it cost and what are my subscription options?

You can order a single box or choose one of our subscription options below. Payments can be made through cash on delivery or online. We accept payments online using PayPal, Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency). Subscriptions are paid in advance.

Subscription Options: 1) One month – 275 AED per box; 2) Three months – 266 AED per box (One-time payment of 799 AED); 3) Six months – 249 AED per box (One-time payment of 1,499 AED); 4) Twelve months – 224 AED per box (One-time payment of 2,699 AED).

3 - How do I order my Mama’s Box?

The simplest and quickest way is to order online through www.mamas-box.com. If you are looking for a subscription click “Shop Subscriptions”, if you are looking for a single gift box click “Shop Gift Boxes”.

4 - How do I gift someone a Mama’s Box?

It’s really easy! Just tell us a little about the mom to be or new mom, pick a subscription option to gift, leave a message for her and we’ll bundle it all up to create a customized gift she will truly love. Leave it up to the experts to know what will make that Mama happy. For special gift request e-mail us on info@mamas-box.com.

5 - Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed usually require 3-4 working days to be delivered. However, if you wish for the box to be delivered on a certain date or have an urgent request, please contact us on info@mamas-box.com and we will make it happen.

Delivery to anywhere in UAE is free for orders above 100 AED.

Same Day shipping is available for orders placed before 1pm to be delivered to Dubai, and Next Day Shipping for other emirates at an additional fee of 50 AED.

For domestic orders under 100 AED an additional shipping fee of 20 AED is applicable.

We offer international delivery; the international shipping rate is calculated upon check out. Shipping time for international orders is anywhere from 4-14 working days.

Mama’s Box will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

6 - Why won’t you tell me exactly what is inside the box?

We have a mission to make your journey from pregnancy until your baby turns two, a little easier and a lot happier. That’s why we avoid giving you even more confusing decisions to make. Therefore, we put a lot of thought into each box we pack, and we hope you will love it. Besides we all love to be surprised and in this special stage in your life we feel you deserve it most- so let us do the hard work and you just focus on enjoying it with your baby. 7 - What if I still don’t know my baby’s gender or prefer to keep it a surprise?

You can e-mail us when you find out your baby’s gender on info@mamas-box.com and we will update your future boxes accordingly! If you prefer not to know your baby’s gender, we have many gender-neutral products which would be perfect for you as well.

8 - What if I don’t like an item in my Mama’s Box?

We want to ensure you love every Mama’s Box and every item you receive. That’s why we have a #lovemymamasbox guarantee where we offer easy exchanges on most* items you receive in your Mama’s Box!

If you subscribe and receive an item in your Mama’s Box which you would like to exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@mamas-box.com, Subject Line: Item Exchange.
  2. Kindly share with us the item and reason for exchange.
  3. We will get back to you as soon as possible, but please bear with us as it could take 2-5 working days.
  4. We will provide you with options from which you can select to exchange the product you don’t want.
  5. We will arrange to pick up the item you would like to return.
  6. We will add the replacement item in your next Mama’s Box (if you would like to receive your replacement item before your next Mama’s Box is due a shipping fee of 20 AED is applicable).
  7. If your Mama’s Box subscription has ended and you would like to exchange an item, you can either renew your subscription (and we will send the item in your next box) or a fee of 20 AED will be charged for delivering the exchange product.
  8. Our #lovemymamasbox guarantee can be used only a number of times as follows: 
    - 3-month subscription can avail the guarantee once
    - 6-month subscription can avail the guarantee twice
    - 12-month subscription can avail the guarantee three times

*Trial Box is not applicable for #lovemymamasbox guarantee. 

*The only exception to this option is samples or vouchers you may have received in your Mama’s Box. Our boxes 4-6 contain full size, high quality products – occasionally you may receive a sample to try in your box. This sample does not count as part of the 4-6 products and hence cannot be exchange. Some examples include: Sample Diapers, Wipes, Sample Creams. 

*Please note, all Palmer's products cannot be exchanged either!

*Terms & Conditions: Item needs to be in original packaging to be able to return back (if applicable). Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned after 15 days will not be exchanged. 

9 - Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can e-mail us on info@mamas-box.com to pause your subscription at any time. Simply let us know for how long you want to pause it and when you want to resume your subscription. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please e-mail us on the same e-mail address and let us know the reason for canceling and we will get back to you.

10 - I sent an e-mail, how long before I can expect a reply?
